Join us for Sunrise Beach Yoga at the beautiful Plum Island. Experience the calm of early morning yoga as the sun rises over the horizon.

Date & Time: Friday 6am | June 26-July 31


Parking is paid + located at Plum Island Point parking, with direct access to the public beach access. Once on the beach, turn right and head 3 houses down.
