Sunrise Beach Yoga & Coffee Social | Flow, Let Go & Connect

Start your Saturday morning with a peaceful and energizing Sunrise Yoga Class on the beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale. Join us from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM for a gentle Flow and Let Go practice — the perfect way to greet the day with movement, breath, and mindfulness.

After class, you’re invited to join us for a short walk to Archibald Bakery, where we can socialize, enjoy a cup of coffee, and connect with others in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to meet new friends, embrace the serenity of the beach at sunrise, or simply take some time for yourself, this experience is for you.

This class is free and open to all levels, but donations are always welcomed and appreciated.
What to Bring:

• An open heart and mind
