Sunrise Beach Pilates + Clean-Up

Start your Saturday with purpose and join us for a soul-nourishing Sunrise Beach Pilates + Clean-Up, where faith, fitness, and fellowship come together under the rising sun.

This uplifting, low-impact Pilates flow is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and refresh your spirit—followed by a community beach clean-up to care for the creation we get to move in. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or brand new to Pilates, you’ll be guided through a spirit-led flow to uplifting worship music and moments of prayer and reflection.

💫 What to Expect:
• Guided Pilates Flow led by Maribel Maignan – Build strength, flexibility, and grace through mindful, breath-centered movement.
• Faith-Based Intentionality – Experience moments of worship, gratitude, and prayer woven throughout the flow.
• Community Beach Clean-Up – After class, stay to serve and give back by helping us restore and care for our beautiful beach together.
• Connection & Joy – Spark meaningful conversations and connect with like-minded souls in a morning filled with purpose.
• Optional Ocean Dip – Refresh and celebrate with a quick swim after giving back!

📍 Location:
Meet us on the beach next to South Pointe Park Pier, by the iconic Jetty Lifeguard Tower.

🧺 What to Bring:

• Mat or beach towel
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Water bottle
• Bathing suit (for that ocean dip!)
• Small trash bag or gloves (optional – we’ll have extras!)
• Open heart & good vibes

• You understand that this event involves physical activity, including Pilates, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• Lifted In Faith Movement, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• You certify that you are physically able to participate and will take personal responsibility for your own well-being. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.
• You grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Lifted In Faith Movement.
• You agree to respect all participants and maintain a welcoming, judgment-free space in alignment with the values of this community.
