Two 30-minute classes led by Miami-based instructors:

• Sculpt & Flow with Sofi Santana

A dynamic mat Pilates sculpt session designed to strengthen, tone, and reconnect you to your body.

• Classical Mat Pilates with Jennifer Rodriguez

A traditional Pilates sequence focused on breath, alignment, posture, and core stability.
