Sundrenched Magic Retreat

Join us for an enchanting day in nature soaking up all the earth's goodness. We will start the day off with a mindful walk in the Santa Monica Mountains (in Newbury Park) followed by a guided tea meditation (shamanic journey) in a beautiful location. We will journey with Catnip, a medicinal herb that's main magic is reminding us of our aliveness and bringing us into freedom and joy.

We will enjoy a fresh lunch and then have time to make jewelry with Alix, who is an energy healer and jewelry maker. Her offerings are a gentle call to slow down, tune into nature’s rhythm, and rediscover the playful magic that lives in simplicity.

Last, we will enjoy a gentle yoga flow and sound bath with Liz Blanding. Liz is an RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, teacher trainer, sound healing practitioner and Reiki Master with certificates in Yin Yoga, Subtle Body, Therapeutics, and more.
