We are starting on Monday, March 3, 2025 three classes a week for Six Weeks. Classes will be held on Monday at 7pm, Wed at 7pm, and Sat at 8:30 am. In addition, the fitness challenge members will be able to attend any of our regular classes on our schedule which include, boxing, yoga, and more for free. The classes include core strengthening, boxing, kickboxing, and more much. The cost is $300 which includes everything you need to get started (boxing gloves and hand wraps).
