Weekly practice encourages us to keep showing up for our internal processes and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

Liberate your body and mind, discover personal expression, loosen and strengthen your body, deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the beyond.

Barefoot, alcohol and drug free dance/movement classes where you tune into and learn to trust your own unique movements, your innate healing potiential and your greater potential.

TICKETS

You can buy a drop in ticket to attend a single session or you can buy a Multipass which gives you 6 sessions for the price of 5. Multipass tickets can be used on Sundays or at our Friday dances. They must be used within 3 months of purchase. They are not valid for outdoor dances.

Concessions are available for students/elders/teens/benefits/BIPOC

If you need to bring a carer we can offer free spaces.

BRIGHTON UNITARIAN CHURCH, NEW ROAD

Brighton Unitarian Church is situated at the north end of New Road, close to Brighton Dome, the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Theatre Royal. New Road is a restricted access zone and is a pedestrianised area.
