Sunday's Dance of Patience

Sunday's Dance of Patience on December 7th and December 14th at Ballard Health Center is an invitation to a deeply healing, indigenous somatic yoga experience and beginners are welcome!

It will be a deeply immersive, embodiment yoga practice blending breath, somatic Vinyasa flow and a gradual folding of yin yoga to calm the mind and soothe and reset our nervous system.

Discover the power of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in restoring balance and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.
