· Payment Distribution:

o $2,500 USD → Apex Patrons Foundation (charity & organization)

o $2,500 USD → Players’ Pool ($1,500 to assigned player / $1,000 to optional second player)

Refund & Replacement Policy
All Apex event tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive three (3) replacement tickets of their choice for upcoming Apex events of equal or lesser value. Replacement tickets must be used within 12 months from the original event date. No monetary refunds will be issued.
