About this Event
A simple and effective way to master the monkey mind. Breathwork and mindfulness exercises focusses on paying attention to internal and external sensations and focusing on the present instead of getting caught up in racing thoughts of the past or future.
Mindfulness cultivates stillness and self-awareness, allowing us to observe and connect with our inner selves. On the other hand, breathwork harnesses the power of conscious breathing to energize, heal, and release emotional blockages. Done together they become powerful tools to focus the present. This helps us manage stress, reduces negative thinking,, manages anxiety and depression and even helps with pain relief.
A weekly practice anchors these practices so you can make being present in the body, mind and spirit your default state!
