Fortnightly working bee.
Official start time is 2pm, but we’re all volunteers, it’s a Sunday afternoon, and we’re not always right on time. If you’re coming for the first time, arrive at 3 and we’ll be there!
We generally try and avoid having working bees on the long weekends, but this can muck up our two week schedule, as it did recently with Anzac Day and Easter, or is about to do with King's Birthday and Matariki.
To work around this, we’ll have two lots of two in a row in May and June. So dates for winter working bees will be as follows:
May 18 & 25
June 8, 15 & 29
July 13 & 27
August 7, 17 & 31
If you are able to come and give us a hand any of those days, it would much appreciated. Also, if passing though, feel free to pull out weeds / grass from around the trees.
