Through movement, breath, and voice, we’ll explore intention as something you can feel in your body, so your desires become more than a thought… they become a lived experience.��Here’s what you can look forward to:
Embodied Intention Setting:
We’ll begin by getting clear on what you’re calling in and exploring how to feel it in your body—not just think it. This practice helps intentions become something you can sense, trust, and live.
Movement to Activate Energy: Through guided, intuitive movement, you’ll loosen stuck energy, build inner confidence, and awaken the body as a vessel for creation and possibility.
Voice as a Manifestation Tool:
Using breath, sound, and simple vocal practices, you’ll explore how your voice can support clarity, courage, and alignment—helping you express what you want and claim it from the inside out.
Sound Healing to Integrate: Jessica’s sound healings are extremely potent. These crystal bowls will permeate your very spirit, and purge out any negative residue to bring you to a beautiful, balanced state. This will serve to solidify your intentions and walk away embodied in your new path.
Trust me, if you love sound healings, this will be an AMAZING one to come to. If you’ve never been to one before, this will be an AMAZING one to come to.
All in all, this is an experience that would regularly cost…well, let’s just say, a nice chunk of change lol. But we are delivering this all to you, for FREE.
