Sunday Supper Series – Panamá: A Crossroads of Flavors
About this Event
Panamá: A Crossroads of Flavors
One Country. Many Cultures.
Join us for the next edition of the Sunday Supper Series, an intimate dining experience where good food, culture, and conversation come together around the table.
This time, our culinary journey takes us to Panamá, a country shaped by centuries of movement, migration, and cultural exchange. Indigenous traditions, Afro-Caribbean heritage, Spanish influences, Chinese migration, and other global communities have all contributed to a cuisine that is distinctly Panamanian.
Panamá: A Crossroads of Flavors invites you to experience that story through an intimate four-course dinner, thoughtfully curated to showcase some of the traditions and influences that have shaped the country's cuisine.
Throughout the evening, we'll share a little of the history and cultural significance behind the dishes, creating an experience that goes beyond dinner and offers a taste of Panamá's rich and diverse heritage.
