Join me this Sunday for a chakra alignment sound bath! 🌈💫
We gather for deep nourishment and rest as we journey through the body’s seven chakras, which are the energy centers that shape how we feel, think, and move through the world.
We’ll open with an herbal blessing of rose, lavender, peppermint, basil, and calendula…plants chosen to support alignment, flow, and wholeness. 🌸💫
Crystal singing bowls, tuned to the natural frequencies of the chakras, will gently restore balance and harmony to your energetic system.
What it means to have aligned chakras:
• Body: Energy flows freely → vitality, ease, and balance in your physical systems.
• Mind: Thoughts become clear and focused, stress dissolves, and intuition awakens.
• Life: You feel connected, confident, and able to meet life’s challenges from a grounded, empowered space.
Cost is $20.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
