Come join me for a rejuvenating Sunday Sound Bath experience where you can release stress and reset your mind and body. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and unwind.

You will be guided through a journey of sound vibrations infused with Reiki that will help you let go of tension and find inner calm. Sound healing is a powerful modality that uses vibration and frequency to promote healing and balance. It can help to release tension and stress, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. When we immerse ourselves in a sound bath, our energy naturally matches the frequency of the bowls, restoring the natural rhythms of our body and bringing us back to a harmonious state. This is the perfect way to start your week feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Please wear comfortable clothing keeping in mind it will be outside.

What to bring:

• yoga mat
• blanket/pillow - anything you want to be comfortable
• openness to receive
  Donation based class - will accept cash, venmo or zelle :) Suggested Donation: $10-$20

Location: Morley Field (see map in photos above for location) *From Upas, enter the park on Arnold St (Jacaranda), turn right and there is a parking lot. It will be in the grass across Joe Schloss Way.
