Sunday Sound Bath: Rest, Release, Renew

Join us every Sunday at 5PM at the Saratoga Prospect Center for a deeply relaxing sound bath experience. Let the gentle waves of sound quiet your mind, soften your body, and melt away the stress you’ve been carrying.

Over the past four years, this Sunday circle has naturally grown into a small community of like-minded souls who come to rest, reset, and reconnect — with themselves and with each other. We would truly love for you to join us, make new friends, and become part of this gentle weekly ritual.

No effort required. Come as you are. Rest as you need. The sound will do the rest.

This in-person gathering is a simple, beautiful way to care for yourself and create space for calm before the new week begins.

I recommend bringing a 1 inch thick yoga mat (OR a 2 inches Tri- Foam Mat, OR a 3 inches Camping Pad OR a Zero-gravity Chair), a pillow, a blanket (a thick one for the winter), an , a water bottle, extra layers, and anything (ear-plugs or anti-snoring stripts) that will make you feel more comfortable.
