Hosted inside Volt50, the hidden wellness sanctuary tucked beneath Queens of Mayfair, this beautiful space was created by female founders Grace & Josie as a place to escape the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself 🤍
Join The Sunday Club for a deeply restorative 1 hour sound bath & guided meditation experience held by @guidedsessionswithlauren ✨
Through the healing vibrations of sound bowls, breath and intention, this session is designed to help you reset, realign and recharge.
This one is especially for the girls who are always pouring into everyone else and never themselves. The girls who promised this year they’d prioritise their wellbeing a little more… this is your sign to start 🌙
After the session, stay for 30 minutes of socialising in the calming Volt50 space — a chance to unwind slowly, connect with like-minded girls and soak in the peaceful atmosphere ✨
