Sound & Red Light Restoration Experience brings you the deep waves of therapeutic sounds joined with restorative and balancing red light. This session will take you into deep rest to regulate the nervous system, support the parasympathetic system, and balance body flow.
Sunday Sound Baths will be a time to recharge, renew, and refresh the mind body and spirit connections. We gather to ground and reconnect to our personal center while uplifting our spirits.
