The hammock becomes both a support and a tool, helping you find balance, deepen stretches, and safely experience inversions without compressing the spine.
You don’t need to be experienced to enjoy it. The hammock meets you where you are, making many poses feel lighter, more accessible, and surprisingly fun...and of course, the class ends with a favorite: Savasana in the hammock. Floating, cocooned in fabric, completely supported, many people say it’s one of the most relaxing experiences they’ve ever had.
