Sunday Soul Flow Yoga

Join us at the North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing for a rejuvenating yoga session that will nourish your body, mind, and soul. This in-person event is the perfect way to start your month ahead with positive energy and relaxation. You will be guided through a flow that focuses on connecting breath with movement, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome. Come as you are and bring a friend along for some Sunday self-care.

Don't forget to bring your mat, any props you may want, and water bottle.
