Even nature slows down in the winter. This series invites you to do the same — to move gently, restore, and nourish your body and mind.

Join me, Jackie Dawson, for Sunday Soothe: restorative yoga, gentle movement, and meditation in order to carry ease and presence into your year ahead.

Classes include gentle movement, deeply supportive restorative postures, and guided meditation or Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system and invite ease. This practice is accessible, grounding, and intentionally unhurried—perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, or in need of a softer way to set the tone for the week ahead.
