Join Grace for this Sunday Seva class focused on planting the seed of intention into the heart so that it can germinate through this cold, quiet, winter season and blossom with the energy of spring. With the new year, we may be convinced it’s time to ‘work hard’ and exert energy for change. However, nature teaches us this is a time to slow down and turn inward, conserving energy and effort for the next season. We will move lovingly and patiently, with plenty of time for stillness and introspection throughout this practice.Seva is a FREE donation based class helping create access for all to yoga.
