LIVE ON SUNDAY'S...Kirtan is yoga's most valuable treasure, the singing or chanting of sacred mantras. A way to experience wisdom, spiritual love, personal growth, real freedom, inner peace and true happiness.
Join us each Sunday evening at St Helens Community Centre Glebe, for our weekly Sunday evening Kirtan, it’s meditation like no other.
The evening's program will consist of Kirtan, guided meditation, a short Yoga wisdom talk and will be followed by light refreshments, so that we can get to know one another.
Take the time to deepen your understanding of yourself and how to live a more harmonious life with Yoga wisdom and transcendental sound.
