Topic: Quantum Energy Healing & Channeling the Highest Version of Self
Hello, my name is Betty, and I’m the founder of Recharge Yoga & Holistic Well-being, where I offer Yoga, Pilates, Weight loss support, retreats and Quantum Energy Healing. I’m honoured to be sharing part of my journey with you at the Dunedin Spiritualist Church, where I’ll be presenting on Quantum Energy Healing and Channeling—connecting with the highest version of self, both within and beyond this polarity.
My journey into this healing work began through deeply personal experiences. I was raised in a highly traumatic environment and have navigated many challenging chapters in life. While not every moment has been dark, the pain I endured ultimately guided me toward my true purpose—to help heal and empower others.
My first steps into healing began with yoga. I committed to a daily practice, showing up for myself consistently, which helped me rebuild from within. This led to formal training in Yoga and Pilates, alongside a powerful pull toward Quantum Energy Healing.
At a low point in life—burned out, disconnected, and wondering where the years had gone—I began receiving energy healing sessions with a gifted healer. Within just a few sessions, it became clear I had a natural gift for channeling energy and messages, bringing clarity not just for myself but for others as well. We explored past life regression, emotional healing, and spiritual alignment, and over the course of a year, my life transformed entirely.
This awakening led me to complete my training in Quantum Energy Healing, and now, I work with clients to access their own innate healing power and connect to their highest selves.
At our gathering in October, I’ll be sharing more about this journey, how Quantum Energy Healing works, and how it can shift your reality. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper connection to your spiritual self, this will be a space to open your heart and begin that process.
