Join us for a community yoga session with a cause: celebrating Unity in Diversity and the important mahi of Yoga in Prisons Trust. This will be a grounding practice for cultivating inner peace and collective connection. Open to Every Body.
All proceeds support the Yoga Education in Prisons Trust to deliver the rehabilitative practices of yoga and meditation to all prisons in Aotearoa.
This session is suitable for all levels of experience.
