Sunday Sanctuary Come and join me for a beautiful slow flow candle-lit yoga class with aromatherapy and relaxing hand-pan music from the amazing Phil Begnett.
We will also be doing a chakra meditation and yoga nidra…allowing your body and mind some much needed rest.
Just before you float away there will be also be herbal/fruit tea to enjoy.
