The Roumage family have been crafting fine wines in France since 1901. For 5 generations the Roumage family have cultivated their land in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, with great respect towards traditional methods showing the greatest levels of respect to their enviroment and consumers. Estelle took over the family estate in 2001, the first woman following four generations of men. With a dedication to sustainable viticulture all wines from the 2023 vintage are now certified organic. Join us in No. 82 as we welcome Estelle for a French-inspired 4 course dinner accompanied by a selection of wines from Château Lestrille expertly paired by the winemaker herself. 🍷
