Sunday Salutations

In Sunday Salutations, all levels are welcome a small class setting. Using progressive difficulty, each person gets the instruction they need to strenghten their body, improve flexibility, reduce stress & anxiety, & improve focus & concentration for the week ahead.

Class includes grounding techniques, mindfulness moments, & breathwork in addition to traditional vinyasa style movement.

In a cozy, boutique style studio, there are never more than 4 people per class. This helps students to feel safe & comfortable asking questions & asking for help.
