Mind Over Mat: Yoga & Meditation

Come join us for a relaxing session of yoga and meditation at The Blooming Mystic on Tuesdays at 7pm. Class includes:

• Grounding techniques that bring your awareness back into your body after a long day of work.
• Breathwork to improve concentration & melt away stress.
• Traditional Hatha Yoga Asanas that build strength & flexibility to improve your every day life.
• Mindfulness Moments & meditation to find inner peace & quiet in a busy & chaotic world.

All levels are welcome! We use progressive difficulty to make sure each student gets the instruction they need for their personal practice.

Classes are limited to 4 people to create a welcoming & judgement free space where students feel safe to ask for help & ask questions.

1st class is free to new students!
