The days are becoming colder and shorter, it’s time to prepare our bodies for the deep depths of winter. It’s a time to selflessly focus on yourself, home, and rest to inspire new creativity. In the spirit of prepping for winter Lily is teaching an integrative and healing class @tranquiltreeyoga where the theme of class will focus on bringing us back home to ourselves through heated movement, sound healing, and gentle community bonding.
