Sunday Reset: Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Join us for a 75-minute practice designed to restore balance to body and mind. We’ll begin with a mindful vinyasa flow to build heat, move energy, and clear the mental space, then soften into grounding yin postures to gently release tension and open the body.

The practice will close with an extended savasana, where the soothing tones of koshi chimes and crystal bowls attuned to each chakra wash over you, guiding you into deep rest, stillness, and ease.
