Sunday Reset Sound Bath
Sound & Breath combines meditation, guided breathwork, and an immersive sound bath into one calming experience.
We'll begin with a brief guided meditation before moving into 5–10 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathing, accompanied by the steady rhythm of a live hand drum. From there, you'll settle into a full sound bath featuring gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, allowing time to rest, reflect, and simply be.
No previous experience is necessary. The breathwork is guided, beginner-friendly, and always invitational—you are encouraged to participate at your own pace and listen to your body throughout the practice.
Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, and bolsters are provided. If you'd like additional support, you're welcome to bring a pillow or any other personal comfort items.
