We'll begin with a warm cup of medicinal mushroom cacao* featuring a nourishing blend of functional mushrooms known to support focus, resilience, and overall wellbeing. From there, you'll be guided through gentle breathwork before settling into an immersive sound healing journey designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep restoration. *herbal tea will also be provided.

Debbie Dhyan is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, sound healer, and founder of Mystic Wellness.

Her work blends ancient ritual with modern mindset transformation to support deep, lasting shifts in self-concept, energy, and embodiment.

As a first-generation Salvadoran woman reconnecting with her ancestral roots, she creates spaces that are both grounding and expansive, guiding others back to their truth with intention and care.
