Join us for a 1-hour sound bath (does not include yoga/movement) designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grounded going into the week ahead. Created for busy minds and schedules, this passive, beginner-friendly experience offers an easy way to slow down and decompress. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed.

Enjoy beverages and light bites to enhance your experience provided by BeyondYoga after the session.

Provided, but feel free to bring your own:
