Recline back into supportive props and experience the potent integration of an expertly guided NSDR with a crystal sound bowl bath for optimal cellular regeneration.
This will be a powerful recharge of your nervous system to replenish and restore the body and its internal reserves in real time. Non sleep deep rest recalibrates the body to deeply recharge and may support overall wellbeing.
