Everyone come on down to the park - NEW PUFF SWIMMERS encouraged to join and welcomed always !! IM Vic if you have questions 😃
Swim - swimmble - dunk or snorkel along shoreline - whatever your preference
ALL invited 😃
Join us for a sunny (partly cloudy) swim along the south side of Seward Park.
Meet at 12 noon. Toes in 12:15
ARRIVE EARLY! Parking at a Tennis Courts is always tough. Park instead one block away up hill if need be.
SUPs/ Kayaks escorting Puff swimmers always appreciated and encouraged! 🏄🏽♂️
Seward Park / water bacteria report depending - always check back here BEFORE you leave for the swim (location may change or swim cancelled)
Current lake water temp 57’ degrees F ! - Lake is warming up quickly Puffs!
Bring fresh, warm water to rinse off! Some swimmers use Dr. Bronners and jug water (so as not to get swimmers itch!) some swimmers towel wipe briskly after swimming.
Bring hot beverage - and warm clothes to change into. Warm water to pour over yourself can also help with warming up.
If interested Confirm “GOING” - Thank you for doing that. We like to keep track of who is in the water/ safety. And we like to know your names and remember them.
