Join me for an energizing 1-hour yoga class at Mt Pleasant Community Centre, and stick around after for some casual coffee and chats at Barista Binks. It’s the perfect way to move, relax, and connect with like-minded people.
What to Expect:
🧘♀️ A fun, feel-good yoga flow from 9:30–10:30 am
☕ Coffee and a chance to chat with friendly faces right after
Bring your smile, your yoga mat, and let’s kick off the month together.
