This Matt Hancock yoga class is designed for most levels. From breath work, to flow and balance, followed by stretching and more breath work. Modifications are encouraged. This is a 60 minute class. A great way to start your day. Please bring your own yoga mat. There will be a few mats available but very limited. Reservations required. $20 per person. For tickets call 815-220-7386 or online.
