About the Teacher

Having completed my 300hr yoga teacher training in Multi-Style Yoga in India and my 200hr yoga teacher training in traditional Hatha Yoga in Indonesia, I now teach sound baths and slow styles of yoga such as Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. My teaching style is calm, attentive, empathic and at all times focused completely on the well-being and development of my students.
