April is the month of blossoming. After the stillness of winter and the first stirrings of March, April arrives in full colour and possibility. Nature bursts forth with vitality, reminding us of creativity, joy, and abundance. It is a season of emergence — stepping out, softening into warmth, and celebrating life’s cycles.
This sound bath will mirror that blossoming energy while still offering deep rest. We’ll begin with gentle grounding before moving into the soundscape: bowls, gongs, and chimes resonating together in a flowing, vibrant experience. The sounds will carry you into stillness, while also inviting you to awaken gently into this brighter season.
April’s invitation is to soften open — to allow space for joy, creativity, and growth to enter. Within the resonance of sound, you can let go of what lingers from the darker months and step forward lighter, more spacious, and more attuned to the rising energy of spring.
Please bring your mat, blankets, cushions, and cosy layers, and let yourself be embraced by the sound as April unfolds around us.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked for, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise me of any change (including their email address) and ensure they have the information emailed to you.
If you are unable to re-gift your place, let me know. If the event is full with a waitlist and if I am able to fill it I am happy to offer you a transfer to another event.
