Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. "As a river flows freely, it becomes oxygenated and moves debris. Same with the human body. Towards the end of the year - let's release the year that went by and move new energy and emotion through the system with flow yoga. Fresh, water flow yoga peaking in core poses and "waves of bliss" breath."
ABOUT THE TEACHER
One of the leading figures of Yoga in Copenhagen, Soham Johansen is a storyteller at heart and he weaves his delightful energy with passion, skill and humor into funky flows, new poses and restorative yoga - all supported by technical precision. Artfully he draws knowledge and inspiration from a background in Anusara Yoga, Sanskrit, Language and Cultural Studies, Ayurveda and two decades of immersing in the Yoga tradition of Siddha Yoga.
