Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to your Rört membership and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. Somatic Ecstatic Dance is a journey to dance with what is. This is a space for the Dance to appear as it desires. Each & every human body is designed to move & be moved by life itself, knowingly or unknowingly the body wants to be in motion, it yearns to be in rhythm, it awaits connectivity & resonance through vibration, through flow within.
Within the dance we explore our inner resources, capacities & call upon the essence of joy & ecstasy.
Free from rules, WE DANCE.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Malou Dee is a dance teacher & gusmaster in Rört and hosts circles and workshops as well.
