This is a weekly Contact Improv (CI) class and jam. We will be focusing on the technical, cultural, and creative aspects of this dance form. CI is the dance of physics and the relational body, where we experience the joy of dancing in contact with others while experimenting with gravity, weight sharing, rolling, falling, and flying. Classes are open to all levels from complete beginners to experienced CI enthusiasts.
Location: Arts Court, ODD, Studio B (2nd Floor)
Note: *participants must be 18 years of age or older.
