In honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Roslyn Franken shares the extraordinary story behind her award-winning book Meant to Be: A True Story of Might, Miracles and Triumph of the Human Spirit. Through the intertwined journeys of her parents, who were remarkable survivors of both the Holocaust and the Nagasaki atomic bomb, Roslyn offers a message of resilience, hope, and the enduring light within every human being. Their story invites us to remember the past with compassion, to honor the sacred worth of all people, and to choose a path of unity, understanding, and peace.
