Join us on Sunday, April 26th at 10:30 am as we welcome Rev. Bob Fortner as our guest speaker with an enlightening message on the "Secret of Success." Christine Mariani will be elevating this service with her angelic voice and her inspired musical selections.
It seems that very few people have a definition of success and yet most everyone wants to succeed in life. There is a simple formula based on spiritual law that works every time. Join us as we explore the key to success and how we actually use it all the time.
About Rev. Bob Fortner:
Rev. Bob Fortner is Minister Emeritus at Unity Church of Palm Harbor where he served for 25 years before retiring in 2022. He served in various leadership positions at Unity Worldwide Ministries for over 40 years.
He now serves as past President of the Palm Harbor Historical Society, which manages the Palm Harbor Historical Museum housed at the Hartley House at 2043 Curlew Rd. in Palm Harbor.
Bob also serves as past President of the Friends of the Island Parks, a Citizen Support Organization, that protests, preserves and promotes Caladesi and Honeymoon Island State Parks.
Terry Fortner, Bob’s wife of 45 years is Myrtle Betz’s granddaughter. Myrtle was born and raised on Caladesi (then called Hog) Island and authored the book, Yesteryear I Lived in Paradise. Rev. Bob claims his wife got him involved with the Friends and the Museum to keep him out of mischief after he retired. Bob’s motto is, “in order to preserve the past and protect the future, those who care must be present.”
