Join visiting teacher and musician Seán Johnson for a one-of-a-kind Bhakti Flow yoga class that blends soulful movement with heart-centered intention. This uplifting Sunday morning practice weaves together the power of mantra, poetic language, evocative music (both live and recorded), and imaginative vinyasa sequencing to create a deeply immersive experience for body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in Seán’s signature heart-led style, the class opens with a grounding dharma talk and guided centering to connect you to the deeper themes of the practice. Flowing sequences unfold like a moving prayer—infused with rhythm, creativity, and emotion—designed to awaken the heart and enliven the senses. Seán’s musicality brings an added layer of soul, with chant, harmonium, and a dynamic playlist to inspire and support every breath.
This is an invitation to move, feel, and express with authenticity—and to remember why you fell in love with yoga in the first place.
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before the start time! This could be a full class and early arrival allows for plenty of time to set up and settle in before the heart-full experience! Doors will be locked at the start of class time.
