Join us for summer yoga in the park. Yoga + Community + Nature. We’ll meet at the North parcel of Henderson Lake for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class, all are welcome. (The same location as last year). The location is right near the concession and by the North Parking lot, nestled between the big playground and Exhibition Park. Entrance through North Parkside Drive.
Drop in's welcome or pre-register at popupyoga-lethbridge.com. If weather or air quality is dicey, we'll move to Casa Dance Studio. We will announce location change within 2 hours before class time on IG and FB stories unless we can tell the evening prior. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s our system. <3
You might bring a blanket or towel in case the grass is dewy. Some folks like to use sunscreen and / or bug spray.
Class is moved to Casa on June 23/24 (Dragonboat Festival)
No Class on Sunday June 30/24 (Canada Day Long Weekend)
