✨The theme for this month's sesh is ABUNDANCE✨
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE:
-Feeling burnt out
-Self-critical, a perfectionist or tend to compare
-Experience imposter syndrome
-In your head too much (monkey mind)
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
?♀️ Guided meditation or grounding exercise
- We'll start with getting you centered, feeling more
uplifted, and releasing stress from the week.
✨ Empowering mindset topic & discussion
- I'll guide you on how to increase abundance in your life
without the hustle and burnout.
? Intuitive painting & art supplies
- We'll be painting (obviously)! Anyone can do this and no
experience is needed. You get to fully express yourself
here. Anger, joy, love, grief, etc., whatever you're feeling,
get it out and onto the canvas! This is fun, liberating, will
actually attract more abundance into your life.
? Sound bath
- Enjoy an eclectic sound bath to help raise your
vibration, bring you back into balance, and aligned with
your highest self. I'll be playing music along with playing
my singing bowls and singing. You'll feel super relaxed,
inspired, and ready to take on the world.
? Veggie tray, cheese & crackers
? Lots of love, fun, and good energy

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

? Wear comfortable clothing. Preferably something you don't
care if you get paint on ?
?♀️ A plus 1! (optional, of course, but it will be so fun to do with your partner or friend)
LOCATION:
? This will be located at my home inside my studio. Location will be given after registration. There's LIMITED SPACES! I can only hold your spot once you've registered.
DURATION:
⌚️ This will last about 2 hours, but you're welcome to keep painting and hang out until 9:30pm.
