Join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. Drop in’s welcome or sign up on website. These classes are made possible by a "pay what you can" system, which allows us to continue to offer this program to all in the community.Sunday's from 10:15am - 11:15am (MST)
Sliding scale of $0/$5/$10/$15 for practice. If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us. We ask you offer an act of kindness or compassion in our YQL community in an energy exchange for the teachings.
