Summer Yoga Series | City Park

Please join Katie & Alicia for 90 minutes of Vin-Yin in one of Denver's best outdoor settings - City Park! We'll balance an active vinyasa flow to build heat and presence, with longer-held yin poses to slow down and restore nervous system balance. We are so excited to have Winfrey joining us for a live DJ set throughout class. All levels welcome.

After class, we suggest taking the short walk over to the City Park Farmers Market on Esplanade in front of Denver East High School to grab a bite to eat and support the local vendors.

What to Bring: A friend (or 2!) + Mat, towel, water, hat or sunglasses, sunscreen
